Make sure to contact us as early as possible (ideally 6 months or more in advance), especially if you are planning a wedding or private party during the summer season (May to October). Please include the following information:

• What kind of event you are planning (wedding, birthday party, corporate event…)
• Date
• Location and (if already booked) venue
• Approximate number of guests
• Whether you already have arranged for A/V equipment and a sound engineer, or you would prefer us to provide all necessary equipment and personnel.
